1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Parwaz Mart website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Parwaz Mart reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice on the website.
2User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Parwaz Mart may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3Products & Listings
Products listed on Parwaz Mart are sold by independent vendors. While we verify all vendors, Parwaz Mart is not the seller of record for every product. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by vendors and we strive to ensure accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
4Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Parwaz Mart reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except for Cash on Delivery). In case of price errors, we will contact you before processing your order.
5Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer support. After processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, full refunds will be issued promptly.
6Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Parwaz Mart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately.
7Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy page for full details. By placing an order, you agree to the return conditions described therein.
8Intellectual Property
All content on Parwaz Mart — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of Parwaz Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9Prohibited Activities
Users may not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site; transmit viruses or harmful code; engage in fraudulent transactions; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Parwaz Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support process. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
